Ama-Mariya Hoffenden originally from Kiev, Ukraine is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Government with concentration in International Law from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.  Upon graduating with Magna Cum Laude, she received an honorable mention award in her Model United Nations competition for writing one of the best position papers for delegation from Burkina Faso.  Ama-Mariya obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law and is duly licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and may practice Immigration Law in any state.

Olena is versatile, cross-functional professional with 25+ years of increasingly responsible experience in U.S. and Ukraine. She has an amazing ability to work with people from all walks of life, integrating and socializing with them. It has to be her integrity and sincerity that binds her superb network together.

Martin spent a majority of his legal career defending insurance companies. He graduated in the top 1/3 of his class at FIU law and directly after graduating, went to work as defense counsel for insurance companies. Martin worked as defense counsel for some of the largest carriers in the State of Florida, representing them as outside defense counsel and working directly within them as in-house counsel. He defended insurance companies in matters concerning slip and falls, negligent entrustment, personal injury, loss of consortium, wrongful death, coverage disputes, medical payments, property payments, loss of use, under payments, and much more. However, Martin decided to turn his skills to helping the people to go after insurance companies.

Tatsiana is originally from Belarus. She is fluent in Russian and English. She brings knowledge and experience working as our legal assistant. In Belarus she majored in administrative assistance and worked for a law firm prior to joining our team. Here, Tatsiana assists with drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, helps with hearings, trials and meetings preparation, and maintains client files.
